The hotel was big and facilities were really good, it had great location close enough to a 2 minute walk to the seafront, and the old town of Ponta Delgada.

The staff here was super welcoming and really looked after me. 🌟 They were so helpful and caring, it made my stay a breeze.

The hotel's location was central to everything possible in the city centre, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were big and comfortable, providing a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to start the day with a satisfying meal.

One aspect to be aware of is that the hotel can be noisy at night when festivals and events are in full swing. However, this can easily be managed with the use of earplugs.

The Parque Atlantico is conveniently located just 1 km away from here, making it easily accessible, and the interior of this place is stylish and contemporary, with the added bonus of a shared kitchen that was a pleasant surprise.

The location of this hotel was great, right in the center of the city with restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was also just perfect, close to the main square and one of the best restaurants in town. The hotel was very central to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There was a lack of attention to detail regarding the amenities provided such as limited towels and inconsistent WiFi. those with mobility issues may struggle as there was no elevator available for carrying luggage.
